Job Description:

Questar III BOCES is looking for a full-time Senior Clerk to support our Donald R. Kline Technical School in Hudson, NY.  Responsibilities will include managing phone lines and outlook calendars, coordinating and scheduling meetings, budget management support, processing POs, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.  The successful candidate must possess excellent organization and customer service skills, have basic computer skills, including the Microsoft suite, and have the ability to multitask in a busy work environment.  

Qualifications:

High School Diploma with at least one year of clerical / administrative support experience. (Per Civil Service requirements).

As a public employer, Questar III follows Columbia County Civil Service and residency requirements will apply (must be a resident of Albany, Rensselaer, Columbia, Greene, Ulster, or Dutchess County to be considered).  The successful applicant would be given a provisional appointment and be required to take a civil service exam once it is announced.
