Job Description: Starting immediately – Questar III BOCES has a full-time Construction Technician position available providing service across multiple building sites. This position will provide construction and building maintenance services for all Questar III BOCES-owned facilities. Working hours are Monday through Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm. Must be available to work overtime as needed. The candidate will provide scheduled maintenance of building equipment; installation and service of equipment and materials; design of small construction and maintenance projects; procure and install equipment/materials; respond to emergency calls at all Questar owned facilities and conduct snow removal as required. The candidates must have current skills and knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and related trades. HVAC experience is a PLUS. A valid NYS driver’s license is required. High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of job related construction or building maintenance experience is required.
