About the Job
We are looking for a versatile and organized General Business Office Technician to keep our daily operations running like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you aren’t just a "paper pusher"—you are the hub of the team . You’ll handle everything from digital data management and basic bookkeeping to coordinating logistics and providing frontline administrative support. If you are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys a mix of technical tasks and interpersonal interaction, you’ll fit right in.
Administrative Support: Coordinate schedules, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (email and physical mail).
Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems. Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on precision and confidentiality.
Financial Assistance: Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, preparing expense reports, accounts receivable tracking & Spreadsheets.
Project Coordination: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials using the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an office environment or administrative role.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and cloud-based collaboration tools. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to explain a technical hiccup to a coworker just as easily as you draft a professional email.
Organization: The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without letting details slip through the cracks.
