About

Questar III is seeking a qualified individual to fulfill the job of Artificial and Data - RBERN Specialist.  This job would consist of researching, implementing, and supporting AI-driven tools for personalized learning and assessment while simultaneously providing professional development opportunities and training by working with faculty and staff to enable them to redefine their learning environments. This role also will be working with students to help them refine their AI digital skills; data analysis, software management, troubleshooting, and much more.  We desire an individual who is customer service oriented, and has great communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.  

 

Responsibilities:

• Train educators on AI applications, learning management systems, and data-driven instruction strategies.

• Develop AI-powered assessments and ensure compliance with educational equity standards.

• Collaborate with educators, IT professionals, and external vendors to optimize AI tool usage.

• Maintain awareness of emerging AI trends in education and pilot new AI-driven programs.

• Ensure AI tools comply with data privacy laws and ethical standards

 

Qualifications:

• Applicants must hold a valid Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred

• NYS Certified

• Classroom experience using technology to advance instruction 

• Minimum 4 years experience in K-12 education

• Experience in designing and delivering professional development

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Data analysis

• Familiarity with the National Educational Technology Standards, Common Core State Standards, PARCC, P21, Media Literacy, etc.

• Experience with blended, online and distance learning environments 

• Comfortable with various hardware, software, and web-based technologies

• Experience with iPads, iPad deployments, iTunes U, VPP, apps, and/or Apple configurator

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel),  SMART Technologies, Google Drive, social media platforms, and various other hardware, software, and web-based software.
