Beginning September 2024 - Tech Valley High School (TVHS) announces a vacancy for a 1.0 FTE full time probationary track Special Education Teacher position. TVHS is an innovative regional public high school based upon strong curricular partnerships with K-12 educators, higher education, business, labor, and government. Project based learning (PBL) will be the central educational approach to all teaching and learning at the school. Applicant must hold a valid NYS Student with Disabilities 7-12 certificate. The preferred candidate will have experience working with students in content area classes and resource rooms and working with content area teachers to support students with disabilities. TVHS teachers work 15 days during the summer for professional learning and project development.
