Anticipated opening beginning September 2024 - Tech Valley High School (TVHS) announces a vacancy for a full-time Long Term Leave Substitute Special Education Teacher to cover a long-term leave of absence for the 24-25 school year. TVHS is an innovative regional public high school based upon strong curricular partnerships with K-12 educators, higher education, business, labor, and government. Project based learning (PBL) will be the central educational approach to all teaching and learning at the school. Applicant must hold a valid NYS Student with Disabilities 7-12 certificate (or ability to become certified at time of hire). The preferred candidate will have experience working with students in content area classes and resource rooms and working with content area teachers to support students with disabilities.
