Job Description

Questar III BOCES announces full-time Special Education Teacher vacancies for our 2024 Special Education Extended School Year Summer School. Classes run from July 8 to August 16, with a full day orientation on July 3. Summer School Teacher vacancies will be at:

- Paul Puccio School at Maple Hill

- Marilyn A. Noonan School at Durham

Proper NYS Students with Disabilities (SWD) 1-6 or secondary SWD 5-9 or 7-12 certification required (candidates currently finishing a Teacher prep program are encouraged to apply). Preferred candidates will have strong classroom management skills, experience working with a building wide behavioral system, and a strong literacy background.
